Effects of 7-ketocholesterol, H2O2 and HNE on cell viability and TOPFLASH activity. a ARPE19 cells were treated with various concentrations of 7-ketocholesterol (7-KC), (b) H2O2 and (c) HNE for 16 h. Cell viability was determined using a commercial kit and expressed as per cent of control cells.
