The vehicle (0.2% DMSO) was used as a control (CTL), and 5-FU (23 µM) was used as a positive control. Data are shown as the mean ± S.E.M. of at least three repetitions (done in duplicate). *p < 0.05 compared to CTL by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
