DHT reduced ovarian length and weight, responses reverted by gonadotropin injection. Rats were surgically implanted with sham control capsule or DHT (83 μg/d) time-release capsules for 1-month and injected with eCG (20 IU i.p./rat) 48 h prior to sacrifice.
