Inhibitory effect of imatinib mesylate on SCF-induced invasive ability. Cells were incubated without either SCF or imatinib mesylate (control, white columns), or with 10 ng/mL SCF (black columns) or with 10 ng/mL SCF and 5 μM imatinib mesylate (horizontal striped columns) for 24 hours.
